Pointe Royale Golf Village is located on Hwy 165, just 3 miles south of the 76 'strip' and minutes from all Branson shows and shopping. Pointe Royale is a private resort with a gated entry. There is a gate attendant at the entry 24 hours a day. The resort offers a multi million dollar clubhouse with all amenities including PGA rated golf course, state of the art lighted tennis courts, indoor heated pool open all year round and beautiful outdoor pools, hot tub, on site restaurant & bar. Guests also enjoy 24 hour access to the fitness center. There are wonderful sidewalks for strolling and walking your dog (even doggie pick up stations!) and a nature trail along the lake. Bring your fishing pole, we have private fishing access to Lake Taneycomo just a short walk from the clubhouse.

Your family dog is welcome! No need to pack the doggie dishes ...your condo has dog dishes, pick up bags and of course, doggie treats to make your puppy feel right at home too! There is even a fenced dog play area located within the resort at the waterfront!

Great and convenient

Best things about property were no stairs to enter. Awesome back screened patio, with beautiful decor. Great to be able to bring our dogs as well. We love staying in this neighborhood. So far this has been the best place.

Wonderful stay in Branson

Very clean, pet friendly condo. Location close to shows, dining, shopping. In a gated community with a security guard 24/7 which we really appreciated, especially since we had our puppy with us & I would sometimes need to walk her after dark. Sonya, the manager, was quick to respond to any questions we had. Good value for the money. The only issue we had was the woman who lived in the condo next door was frequently letting her Blue Heeler dog out, without a leash & we never saw her picking up her dog’s poop which unfortunately we had to watch out for.

Family get away

Very pet friendly!

The weather while in Branson was humid but taking the small dogs for a walk was a breeze. The porch was a great spot to put on leashes and dry off morning dew. The dogs loved to watch the golfers and bark at them. Two beds two baths made the stay less stressful than two families in one bed that sleeps six.. The "No Stairs" feature was very nice. Easy in easy out for unpacking and packing. Nothing was advertised that wasn't true. My 14-year-old grandson loves the pool at the club house and stated on several occasions how peaceful the resort area is. You can't go wrong with a condo at Pointe Royale.

Location was perfect!

I'll start with we've been home for a couple days and my 5 year old keeps saying she's moving to her vacation home đŸ€Ł The direct entrance made a HUGE difference. No stairs to lug things up/down. We had ducks frequently visit the screened in porch (which we sat out there EVERYDAY!). It never took us more then 10-15 minutes to get to any of the attractions we visited. There is mention in another review an issue with the A/C, there is a note on the thermostat not to adjust it lower then 72. We didn't change it and it kept the unit cold! We were there during a heatwave (98+ everyday) and we were always comfortable in the condo. If I were to be critical of anything it would be the pots/pans need to be replaced as they are worn out. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and hope to come back!

Absolutely perfect stay!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The condo was spotless and extremely well maintained. They had it stocked with board games and puzzles which was such a bonus for our kids! The location was perfect, no more than 10 minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go. I would stay in this rental again 100%! Highly recommend!

Nice Condo

Very nice condo located on bottom floor with easy access to front door entrance with no stairs. The condo is in updated condition so photos look good but appearance is better. Parking in front of condo door or very close. We had 6 adults in our group, but unfortunately the pull out bed in the couch couldn't be slept on because the head of the bed is adjustable but with slight pressure falls down and is not level. Thankfully we planned ahead and had brought air mattresses with us. We arrived on a Thursday and noticed the condo was warm with outside temps in the 70s. There was a note above the thermostat not to adjust the temp and keep it at 72 degrees. We did but when we woke the next day, we looked at the unit because it was still warm inside and the unit was completely frozen over. After contacting the owner, I was told to let it dry out (we thought it was only wet at the time because the filter is white) and they would contact their HVAC person. We turned the unit off so it could dry and left for the day. We weren't able to turn the unit on until Saturday night because it took that long to dry out, but since it didn't appear to be producing cold air, we shut it back off and left on Sunday. We would have enjoyed our stay much better if the AC was working correctly or had been evaluated during our 3 day stay especially after paying for 3 nights.

The condo we stayed in STUNK!! Smelled like wet dog, bought $15.00 worth of Fabreeze, didn’t help. Won’t be back. Loved Branson, and location of condo. I guess I’m spoiled coming from being a Wyndham owner
