Pool Opens March 10! Private Pool, Hot Tub, Arcade & more!

Private Pool opens for the season starting March 10! Open concept kitchen, with multiple large refrigerators, large dining area, along with patio seating off the back deck. 11 master bedrooms, two half baths, plus a bunk room that sleeps 12! Arcade games, board games, pool table, foosball, PS5 gaming console and large flat screen TV's provide lots of entertainment for all ages.

Our 12 bedroom home includes 11 king master bedrooms, a bunk room, queen pull out sofa and 4 sleeper chairs for additional sleeping for kids. The Bunkroom includes 2 queen bunk beds and 2 twin bunk beds- Sleeps 12! All king master bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's, dressers, hangers, extra pillows/blankets, and private bathroom. Each bedroom has a tub/shower combo with the exception of the 2nd bedroom on the main floor with a walk in shower and handheld shower head for ease of use.

There is one step going up from the driveway to the main level of the house, which has four master bedrooms & no stairs. However, there are stairs going to the upstairs and downstairs living areas and bedrooms.

The main floor has an open kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and patio seating off the back deck. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking together easy and fun! The custom dining table has plenty of seating for a big group and two separate family rooms. The upstairs game room is complete with a pool table, air hockey, multiple game arcade, foosball and TV for your enjoyment. Downstairs has 4 king master bedrooms, gaming console, extra seating, a sectional around a large flat screen TV, fridge, laundry and patio door to back deck and spa. There are two motion activated cameras on the back of the house monitoring the backyards for the safety of the property, the private pool and when the house is unoccupied. Very nice place, kitchen well equipped, rooms are nice and big,plenty of things to do in the house ,pool and hot tub was great, close to all the downtown places drive or walking distance to some thing's. If you had a problem you would call Melissa and she would take care of the problem..I would recommend this house anyday.

This house is amazing. So roomy, you never feel like you’re on top of each other. Kitchen is well stocked with double fridge, double sink, double stove top. So clean. The outside area with pool and hot tub make it feel like a private resort. Hones in this area are nicely distanced from one another. The bedrooms are king suites. Play area for kids and teens was a huge hit! We loved the play area was upstairs rather than pool level because our kids range from 8-2 years old! There is Excellent security around pool. Shopping, activities and Branson’s entertainment are just minutes away in this prime location and away from the heavily congested roads. This VRBO has been one of my best finds ever! A must for any group of friends or family looking for fun in Branson.

Excellent property for our group of 20. Bedrooms, kitchen and gathering spaces all worked great. Not big fan of slippery bath tubs in rooms, with no grab bars either, for our elderly group. Much rather have showers.

Oh this place is soooo good!!! Just do it. Don’t hesitate. It’s even better than the pictures in my opinion. The pool is MAGNIFICENT and huge. The pics don’t do the pool justice. It was clean and had every item we could think that we needed. Need a big space THIS IS IT!!! Would definatly come back!!

Absolutely fantastic!

Booking for extended family always brings a little extra pressure as you desire for the entire group to be pleased with the accommodations. This booking was perhaps the most fabulous home we have experienced in our stays. Walking in, we were greeted by the grandeur of the space and the generous amenities. Cleanliness is extremely important to us and this property met and exceeded all expectations. Communication with the property manager was flawless. Melissa was extremely attentive. Truly can’t say enough good about this property. Location was so great. The pool and hot tub exceeded expectations as well. Without hesitation, if you are looking for a great home that accommodates large extended families, choose this home.

Best large group place ever!

We were extremely happy with this large home the girls called the mansion! A softball tourney brought 12 different families into this perfectly laid out home for us all! The way the rooms are at the corners were perfect! We never felt like it was crowded even with that many people! The rooms were so roomy and the kitchen had everything and anything you needed to cook for a large group! The location was so close to everything but the Mountain View and the pool to ourselves made it feel like a retreat! 100% recommend! Also communication with the owner was above and behind! Thank you, thank you!!!!

Our children and grandchildren came together to helped us celebrate 20 yrs of marriage. Melissa New was amazing helping us with names and numbers to caters in the area The home was a perfect fit for our small renewal ceremony. Perfect amount of space for the grandkids to play and enjoy the pool. There were plenty of space and bedrooms. We definitely will be back. We enjoyed the home.and the atmosphere was fantastic. Great Place for Large Family

We had a wonderful time with extended family of 27. There was plenty of space for all and loved the downstairs area foe viewing movies and college basketball. Enjoyed being able to all eat together. The kitchen space and appliances were amazing for preparing big meals

Fantastic property!

For 4 years we’ve brought our boys and girls varsity basketball teams down to Missouri for a national tournament and this house was the best we’ve rented thus far. We enjoyed the common areas on all 3 floors. The bunk room was way more spacious than we thought it would be. Itfit the whole girls team without a problem. The kitchen was very well stocked. We’ll be back again!

The house was wonderful for our large family gathering. The large kitchen and family room was great for getting together. There were plenty of dishes and room in the refrigerator, etc. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Amazing house!

The house was so inviting from the time we pulled into the driveway. It's a beautiful white farm house style. The location of the house was wonderful, and it was in close proximity to everything we needed, yet off the beaten path. The host was wonderful and so helpful to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked, and then some with everything you needed - the huge kitchen table was amazing and everyone had a great place to set and eat.The house was spotlessly clean and they had it decorated for Christmas which made it feel so festive! We were on a Christmas trip with our church youth group, and they had an amazing time. The game room had everything needed to keep them entertained. It had a wonderful looking private pool and we would love to come back and enjoy that during the Summer months. If you are looking for a great house for a large group that is close proximity to everything you need in Branson, then this is your house!

Great Group Vacation

We had a group of 30 family members come together in Branson for a wonderful week of family time. We aged from 1 year to 75 years in age. We loved how each family had their own room and bathroom and we still had large areas to be all together!

Great House!!

There were 24 members of our immediate family all together for a week. We didn't need quite this big of a house but this one checked all the boxes plus some. The pool is much bigger in person than the photos imply. It was very nice. There were 3 different levels of bedrooms so the "cool" people were on the bottom floor, the "old farts with no kids" on the main floor and families with 3+kids up on top floor...LOL. It was perfect. The kitchen had 2 of everything!!! 2 ovens, 2 refrig, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers!! Highly recommend this house. Location was perfect as well.
