Tree + House at Indian Point

Welcome to the Tree + House at Indian Point! This is a custom built luxury modern treehouse for four. It's tucked neatly in the forest with walls of windows and breath taking views of Table Rock Lake. Close proximity to Table Rock Lake and Silver Dollar City.
The space
Nestled among Oak and Pine trees sits the tree house which is just over 680 SQ FT. The tree house stands 20 FT off the ground with a sizable deck and walk area. A patio on the deck offers a BBQ grill, seating for four and a gas fireplace. Down below you will find additional seating and a wood burning fire pit area. The property is gated and can be manually closed for extra privacy. Tesla charger available on site.

Inside you will find 20' floor to ceiling windows which makes you feel you're outside among the trees. The kitchenette offers a two burner cook top and microwave for your cooking needs. Quartz counters and back splash, with sleek modern appliances. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils needed for your stay. We do provide salt and pepper, as well as cooking spray. In the dining area you will find a table that seats four that overlooks the patio and views of the Lake. There is also a washer and dryer provided for the guests during their stay.

There are two queens beds, one in the main bedroom and the other in the loft both with luxurious linens. In the bathroom you will find heated tile floors, imported marble tile from Italy and multiple shower heads that includes a rainfall shower. In the loft area , a queen size bed and a desk for any work you might need to do during your stay and a cozy reading nook with an array of books for a rainy day.
This Tree house is not suited for small children or elderly due to the loft stairs.
