This open-concept condo has living, kitchen, and dining all together. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need including a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, dual coffee maker, waffle maker, and pizza pan. A stovetop and oven are also available in the event you choose to cook while visiting.
The condo also has a washer/dryer combo in the unit for guests to use if needed. (We do not require you to remove any linens from the bed or start towels in the washer when you check out, we will take care of all that.)

Bedroom- The private bedroom has a King bed as well as a pack 'n play for infants/babies. (Linens provided)

Living room- sleeper sofa for additional adult guests (2) or children. (Linens provided)

This property can accommodate a family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 small children. Queen-size air mattress and linens are also available for small children.

One (1) bathroom has a combo tub/shower and toilet. The dual sink vanity allows ample space to prepare for the day. (Travel Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash, Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Cloths, Makeup wipes and Hair Dryer provided)

Our welcome book will assist you with information about the unit, resort, popular tourist spots, and local favorites.

A starter kit of supplies will be provided for you, this includes dish pods, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, makeup wipes and trash bags. Travel-size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are also available.

For families traveling with children, we have an array of games, cards, and coloring books available to keep kiddos busy.

For security purposes, there is one outdoor Ring doorbell camera that records audio/video only when there's motion, and it cannot be blocked or tampered with. Any tampering is considered property damage.

Fall Creek Resort is centrally located to many of Branson's attractions. Most of which are a 5-10 minute drive. Fall Creek Marina is located 0.5 miles from this unit where there is public dock fishing on Lake Taneycomo, boat rentals, and rod & reel rentals. They also offer guides, bait, tackles, snacks, and fuel available to purchase as well as a fishing license.

Just 8 miles to Silver Dollar City and less than 5 miles to Moonshine Beach and Table Rock State Park where you can enjoy boat rentals, swimming, jet skis, kayak, hiking trails, picnics, and all things lake-related.

This unit is also just a short drive to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena for a great location to rest after visiting a great concert. Just a 15 minute drive will get you there. (Concert traffic could impact this time frame).
