Very Nice 2-Bed, 2-Bath Condo, Just Steps Off the No. 1 Green in Pointe Royale

Welcome! We think you will enjoy your stay at our condo located in Pointe Royale - just a few steps from the No. 1 green.

This walk-in, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is equipped with plenty of amenities for your convenience. This includes a master suite with a private bathroom and a king-sized bed. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room allowing the condo to accommodate six guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal or simply prepare a cup of coffee to enjoy on the back covered patio while you watch golfers approach the first green. We have newly remodeled the condo and provided new furnishings, in-house laundry, flat-screened TV's in every room, DVD player in the living room, and free Wi-Fi.

The condo is in an excellent location near all the popular Branson activities such as shows, Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, shopping, and restaurants. It is also located a short walk away from Lake Taneycomo where you can fly-fish, go for a boat ride, or just enjoy the beautiful scenery. There is also a play area for your children and grills and picnic tables under a canopy of trees for your use.

Pointe Royale Resort Community is a gated community which offers security along with beautiful landscaping and a nice peaceful atmosphere. It also offers complimentary access to great amenities including an indoor pool, children's pool, and an outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor eating area, fitness center, tennis courts, clubhouse, restaurant, meeting rooms, championship golf course, playgrounds for the children, and much more.

Within minutes of Pointe Royale you can play miniature golf, shop, visit the Titanic, go to a zoo, go down the mountain side via zip lines or coasters, go to the Landing to see the water show, and much, much more.

Branson is a perfect place for fun or for a quick get-away and our condo is the perfect place to stay!

A wonderful condo! Very clean and comfortable. Very well stocked-they thought of everything we could possibly need. It was a great property for older people being all on one level. The weather was so nice we had snacks on the patio while we watched golfers. In December it was so great! Beautifully decorated for Christmas. A plus condo thanks again!

Great property, great host!

My family of 6 was in town for my daughter’s dance nationals. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house had plenty of room and all that we needed to live comfortably for a week. Our hosts were the kindest people and made themselves available to help us, if we needed it. A bunch of dance families stayed at Pointe Royale, which was a perfect location with lots of amenities (swimming, fishing, playgrounds). I’d dance or baseball takes us to Branson again, we will definitely stay here!

Perfect rental!

This condo was very clean, well maintained, wonderfully comfortable, and was in a very nice area. We were no more than 10 to 15 minutes from any of the shows! The beds were soooo comfortable, and in one bathroom there was a walk in shower which is perfect for anyone who can't get into a tub! The owners were cordial and provided all the information we needed. I highly recommend this property!

Our stay was wonderful! The place was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! The Christmas decorations were an added bonus! This is the best place we’ve ever stayed at and when we return to Branson we will definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Since there is only one recliner a nice large ottoman would be nice. There is plenty of room for one. I thought the mattresses were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Quick family get away.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very roomy and the kitchen is very well stocked. Our family enjoyed watching the golfers coming into green #1. There is also a new hiking trail we used. Very peaceful and alot of people fishing in the lake.

Home away from home!!

What a great place to stay! Tastefully decorated so that you feel right at home. Nice location at Pointe Royale gated golf course. This condo exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, comfort and amenities. This will now be our go to place for our yearly vacation. The owners are so nice and very prompt with all communications. Do yourself a favor and book this condo. You won't be disappointed. Well worth the price!

Condo Perfection

Well located, CLEAN, scenic, spacious; we loved everything about this condo! A small grab bar in the showers would have been much appreciated. For a walk-in condo we kind of assumed it would be more accessible oriented. Overall though, it couldn't have been better. Even our twin teen grandchildren said it was the best we've ever had!

Table Rock condo, Branson, Mo.

We had a very good experience at this condo. However, one reason for choosing this condo was that it had a fireplace. When we got there we found out that we couldn't use the fireplace because there was no gas connected to it, and the owners said they've owned for 6 years and never used the fireplace. We feel they should take off the amenity of having a fireplace since it couldn't be used. We always try to choose places that have fireplaces especially in the winter. So, you can see that we were disappointed in that! Other than that, everything else was very nice.

We're thankful for the Lawson's condo

We spent Thanksgiving in this beautiful condo in Point Royale. It was cozy, clean, and cheerfully decorated. We felt totally at home and enjoyed the extra personal touches the hosts provided. A special treat was the short walk from the condo to Table Rock Lake. We hope to stay here again.
