After messaging and adding an additional day, it was discovered they did not add the additional day and they were unhelpful in accommodating other arrangements. The cabin was not available at the check-in time of 4pm and when we did get in, the cabin was only partially cleaned, had a light bulb out above the shower, which was not cleaned, and dirty dishes still in the dishwasher.

Ice maker did not work. Master bath sink and tub stoppers did not work. There was a chain over the entrance gate nearest our cabin the whole weekend and that was the entrance our navigation system took us to. We had to go around the whole complex looking for the one entrance to get in there. That is a safety hazard.

We enjoyed our stay. Easily accommodated 4 adults and 3 kids. Only complaint was running out of hot water (and we didn’t take long showers). Wish it had a tankless.
