Smell of mold in the rooms. We changed rooms after the first night, but the 2nd room wasn't much better. Breakfast and evening dessert were good, but sometimes food ran out and I had to find a staff member to fix more. The place is old, and needs to be updated.

There was graffiti on the mirror in our room, everything was dirty, especially the pillows & carpet. At first we were given the wrong room, then our door didn’t lock once closed, so anyone could get in if we left. Usually I’m not a person that leaves bad reviews, but this warranted it.

The carpet was stained. The bathroom stool was loose at its base where it attaches to the floor. The vanity sink was slow to drain. The rack where you hang the clothes was loose from the wall. Was not worth the price that was charged. Will not ever stay there again.

Older property needs revamping. Confusion about my reservation at check in (rectified quickly). Bathroom, in my room, was older needed to be redone (caulking paint etc.) Amenities were few. Breakfast was basic and good and in line with the overall “price status” of this location. Did not see many employees but when we left our room and returned the room was cleaned and in good order. Overall my experience was as I expected in this type of hotels price range…

Shops were within driving distance. It was hard to find the place after dark because the sign was not lit up! The parking on our side of the building wax ok but not great! All in all it was an ok place to stay I would likely stay there again

The bed sheets were not clean. Stained pretty bad. The bed was harder than most places. Not enough wash clothes in the room.

The hotel needs some basic maintenance - the bedside lamp didn’t work, the door had an inch gap between it and the threshold which let in spiders and warm air, and there were what looked like several pet stains on the carpet. The front desk was very friendly and helpful and the nightly sweets and breakfast were both good.

We've been coming to branson for 30 years and staying at different hotels. This is by far in the top 3. The hotel is Really clean. The hot breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. The place is exceptional.
