We always choose this hotel whenever we visit Bratislava, and it never disappoints. The staff were friendly and welcoming as always, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t be better — right in the city centre, within walking distance of all the main attractions and historical sites. It’s the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Bratislava. Highly recommended!

The staff friendliness and competence, the quality of accommodation, food, location, walkability, availability of public transport exceeded all our expectation. This hotel is right at the pinnacle of global hotel hospitality. The city itself is very interesting - but the additional bonus is that it is only about 40 km from Vienna.
