Hotel has stolen £1,018.77 of my money!

Totally shocked by the service! Booked for this hotel only to receive a message around 1/2 hour later that they had no available rooms. Whilst I thought this was strange that I could book for a room and pay over £1000 then to find out its not available, I just accepted that they made a mistake as we all do sometimes. But now having had the money go out of my account both the hotel and hotels.com who it was booked through are refusing to repay me! Is hotels.com a scam or this hotel Centro!?

Cheap and cheerful

Very easy to find but no parking on site you either have to find a space on the road ( be careful as permit parking only during the week) or park in the shopping mall car park. But over all was ok for the money paid
