The condo is a fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. Amenities include granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.

Parking extra 15 per day didn’t know that and the Marriott is who checks you in so the instructions from the host were not actually what the process was. The condo was fine, had anything you would need and the proximity to all the food and shopping was excellent.

Great Experience!!!

This was a great place that I would highly recommend to small family! The property was very close to the lift. Short walk to all the great shops and restaurants. Very clean and modern look. Even though the place was small, it had a great layout and well organized. Parking was close, free, and in an enclosed garage. The host was excellent, and quickly answered any questions I had. I would stay there again for sure!!!

Room was just as pictured. Marriot made up of cluster of several separate buildings. Our condo had the gym and activity center but not poolbor hot tub. In view of the slopes but spme steps and traversing are necessary to get to the closest lift

Great location and mountain view

We really enjoyed being so close to town and hikes. Having a kitchen, living room and bed area is very relaxing. Loved the water and mountain views. Wish we used the pool and hot tubs. Only thought, more than 1 spoon and more complete and fresh coffee supplies.

Great Place & location

We went there for our 10th anniversary. Walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. Shoulder season meant we had the town to ourselves before weekend crowds. The villa had a fantastic view of the mountains. The place was perfect for our needs. We will look forward to a return here.

Great location and view - can’t beat either. That said, it’s the little things that matter and some attention to detail is warranted. Earring backing on the carpet and hair in the shower (cleaners). Linens - bed and towels - have served their purpose and need to be replaced. Some light maintenance - fuse box cover hinge, paint, curtains need some attention. I

Loved the location. Ski in/ out and a 5 min walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. The property was great but the communication from the owner was poor. I reached out via Expedia, email and phone and never had a response once. It didn’t end up impacting our experience but I would be worried if something went wrong that he would be hard to contact. Other than this we had a great experience.

Great Trip

Great location and pretty view from the balcony! Easy to walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The condo was clean, loved the hot tubs after a long day of hiking, and it was a great place to stay for a long weekend in Breck.
