Welcome to Breck Mountain Lookout, a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home just north of downtown Breckenridge. Sleeping up to nine guests and dog-friendly for two pups, this inviting multi-level retreat offers a balance of comfort and convenience. With southeast-facing windows that bring in plenty of natural light and a quiet neighborhood setting, it’s the perfect place to soak up the mountain atmosphere while still being only minutes from all that Breck has to offer.
From the patio, you’ll enjoy mountain views and a peaceful backdrop away from the hustle of Main Street. Yet in just five minutes you can be at the Breckenridge Gondola, and only seven minutes brings you right into downtown with its restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Out back, the deck borders the White River National Forest and features a hammock that’s perfect for summer afternoons in the fresh alpine air. The location truly offers the best of both worlds: serene surroundings plus quick access to the slopes and year-round adventure.
Inside, the open living area is warm and welcoming, complete with a cozy sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and large Smart TV for unwinding after a day of exploring. The full kitchen includes newer stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for cooking meals at home. A breakfast bar and dining table provide plenty of space for sharing meals together. On this upper level, you’ll also find a queen master suite with its own private bathroom.
Downstairs, you’ll find two additional queen master suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom, as well as a triple twin bunk room with a sitting area and large window. A shared half bathroom in the hallway and a spacious mudroom at the entryway add extra convenience, while the private laundry room, two-car garage, and driveway provide ample parking. Please note: there are multiple sets of stairs throughout the home, and 4x4 or AWD is required in the winter months.
