Then, take a short walk down the trail behind the house that takes you directly to historic Main Street to window shop and find a restaurant. Breckenridge Mountain Village 113 is a place everyone in your group will love!

Breckenridge Mountain Village 113 is a gorgeous premium vacation home that’s fantastic for families or groups of up to eight people. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of this home are well situated to provide privacy for each couple in your party. The location couldn’t be better with downtown just a short walk away and the shuttle to the ski area located just a block and a half away.

This home features two living areas with flat-screen TVs. The main living area features vaulted ceilings and comfortable leather sofas, as well as a gas fireplace with incredible views of the mountains and ski area through the massive windows. The second living area is a great place for the kids to watch a movie while the adults enjoy some quiet time upstairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters so you can whip up a culinary masterpiece in style. There’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a family style meal around the large dining room table that seats six with room for three more at the breakfast bar. Just off the dining room is the deck with a barbeque grill and private hot tub, the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the Rocky Mountains. There’s also comfortable patio furniture so your whole group can relax and take in the incredible mountain views.

To top it all off, this property also has a garage to park your car, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. This house is perfect in many ways. The location couldn't be better. The path to Main St was just outside the door. The views from the deck are amazing as well as the the mountain views from the upstairs master bedroom. The unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equiped with all that you would need. All three bedrooms are on different floors that allows for privacy. Don't hesitate to rent this property!

Summer Breck Stay (June)

A great home nested right in downtown Breck. Perfect for families and friends alike. The place was convenient, clean, and inviting. Includes a well furnished kitchen for home cooking and a nice walking path to get to any of the various restaurants downtown. The hot tub was readily available and an excellent way to relax (with a mountain view). Everything in the home was in good working order which made the stay quite carefree. Lastly, the garage space was incredibly nice to have for our mid-size SUV (anything larger would have been quite a tight fit).

Labor Day weekend visit

We love this property because the view from the deck is great and the location! Walking distance to everything you need. This was our second stay in this house. The only thing we can recommend is some updating: paint, new carpet, decor, etc. when we visit to Breckenridge again, we’ll hopefully get to stay here a third time!

Perfect Getaway in Ski Town

Location, location, location! This home is in the perfect spot-so close to town it is walkable and situated with an amazing view of the mountains. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cookware. The owners or property manager respond promptly to texts. The only negative I can think of to pass along is the beds are not fabulous. They are kind of hard, and I prefer squishy. Did not affect my stay at all. Would highly recommend this property and give it 5 stars and would not hesitate to stay here again.
