The location of this beautifully appointed corner unit condo is excellent. Located just steps from the Quicksilver lift and downtown, the condo is situated in a quiet forested area of Breckenridge. Enjoy the scenery of the 10 Mile Mountain Range and the tranquil sounds of the Blue River while grilling on the outdoor balcony. The condo features a newly-renovated, full kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances plus an open floor plan. Enjoy the convenience of the gas fireplace and the comfort of quaint mountain furnishings. Each bedroom offers its own TV and ceiling fan.

Just across the footbridge behind Powderhorn are hiking/snowshoeing trails, beautiful views of Maggie Pond and the Quicksilver six-person chair lift. It's an easy walk to both the lift and to Downtown Breckenridge teeming with a variety of restaurants, shops and an active nightlife. Apres ski establishments are just steps away. Or step out in front of Powderhorn condo to catch the free shuttle to different lifts or downtown.

Great Location, Great Condo - Tough Sleeping

The home was 99% great, not super fancy, partially renovated and shows a little age (a plus imo) and perfectly fine. However, the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom are ROUGH. I'm a not-small guy at 210lbs and I felt like I was sleeping on a comforter for padding; my 120lb wife felt like it was concrete. Bring your own pillows as most were small and flat. An otherwise amazing stay was unfortunately hampered by terrible sleep due to the mattress. We loved everything about the place and location except for this.

Fine condo with great proximity to Quicksilver and town

This is a well located property for skiing and walking to town. It is well appointed, comfortable and the kitchen has virtually everything you could need. We have stayed in this Powderhorn unit before and obviously rented again, but there are a few things a new renter might want to know: 1. Listing shows a queen and twin in the second bedroom. I measured and the "queen" is actually a double and there is no twin. I think there is a queen pullout couch in the living room. 2. Bedroom windows face to the parking lot, so there can be early (before 7 AM) noise as that area and the walks are cleared of snow, ice. There can also be noise from people loading/unloading cars. 3. A previous review mentioned and I will reiterate that owner, management or cleaner (whoever is responsible) needs to provide more basic toiletries for those staying more than a day or two. One very tiny bar of soap, tiny bit of shampoo, etc. in each bathroom was totally inadequate. We were not provided any soap for the dishwasher either. Otherwise, the living room area is very comfortable, kitchen very user friendly, beds comfortable and it is clean and so very well located for access to Quicksilver and to walk to town. You can see whether the lift is running from the living room, but cannot see the line/loading area. I would have probably given it 5 stars overall had we not been misled by the 2nd bedroom details and if there had been adequate toiletries provided.

Great location. Easy, short 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. Very nice condo. Very clean. Free underground parking. Be aware the hot tub and pool are located across the street. One tub was ice cold the whole stay. 2 days the outdoor heated the pool was not heated (in February!)

Nice place to stay while skiing at Breckenridge

My family of four enjoyed our stay while skiing in Breckenridge. The unit is 5 minute walk to the nearest lift and a relatively short walk to Main Street. The kitchen has been updated and is nice. We had a car and the garage parking spot was nice to keep the snow off. Recommended.

This Powderhorn condo was a great choice for our family of four adults. The location was just steps from the Peak 9 lift. The view of the mountains was beautiful and you can see the Quicksilver lift. The kitchen is beautifully renovated was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Great experience!

Super clean, well stocked, and very comfortable for my family. The room was very quiet, we never heard any neighbors or street noise while inside. Condo was within walking distance to everything downtown and the Blue River was right outside the back--my 10 year old loved walking the river. The pool code posted on the fridge didn't work, but people let us in so that was no big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint condo

This home was perfect for our family of 4. The master bath was pretty small but that is our only negative. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Laundry was also a plus. Location to the Peak 9 quicksilver was perfect as well as the short walk to Main Street. We never drove anywhere once we arrived.

Great Place!

The condo is a short walk to the Quicksilver Lift. We came back every day and ate lunch at the condo. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and neat.

Breckenridge Condo

A very nice property. Enjoyed how close it was to the lift and downtown. Nice TV in living room. Kitchen was great. Washer/dryer great! Hot tub situation not so great. A bit of a walk outside to the 4 tubs. The tubs were VERY crowded and only 1 or 2 out of the 4 were available for use. We tried to go use the tubs multiple times at different times of day, but always a problem and only open 2pm-8pm. The inside parking is only 6 feet high. We couldn't use it with our vehicle. The ramp up to the outside parking was VERY slick and dangerous. We almost couldn't get up the driveway.
