This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium townhome is perfect for families or groups of up to seven. The spacious living area has a large flat-screen TV (perfect for watching the game or your favorite shows) above a gorgeous gas fireplace. Vaulted ceilings with excellent lighting lead your eye to the superb view of the ski slopes through the large windows. Large French doors open to the balcony that has a private hot tub as well as a barbeque grill.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary utensils needed to whip up a world class meal for the troops after a long day of skiing or mountain biking. The farm table dining room table has room for 6 with room for 4 more at the granite island.

The unit also boasts a washer and dryer, as well as private parking for two vehicles and free Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The townhome was beautiful and bigger than expected. There were 6 of us with plenty of room. VIEW!

Better than expected with spectacular Mountain View’s from our windows. Plenty of room for the six of us with more room to spare. Everything was stocked up and ready for us so we could enjoy skiing and skating without any worries.

Breckenridge - Amazing location for skiing and access to downtown

Location - Amazing for skiing and downtown. 5-7 minutes walk in ski booths to Quicksilver Super Chair. For some renters a major negative on the location is the properties location directly above the Blue Moose restaurant, another restaurant/bar, and close proximity to other bars and restaurants. We didn't encounter any noise issues during our stay.Views - iconic views of the mountain from the living room, balcony, and hot tub. Living room and kitchen - This space is incredible and super comfortable. You could easily host a larger family and friends here. Bedrooms - Primary suite was comfortable. Amazing views of mountains. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed and the room was quite small.Bathrooms - No en suite bathrooms for either bedroom and 2nd bathroom is downstairs. This would not be ideal for 2 couples to share a bathroom upstairs.

Wonderful Townhome

Absolutely loved our stay at Mainridge. Communication with the property manager was so easy and I received text messages during our stay to ensure everything was great. Location was wonderful and walking distance to Mainstreet and all the shops and restaurants.

Location location, location

It was absolutely amazing stay, we had never been before and couldn't have asked for a better location. It was my 18 year old son, 21 year old daughter, my husband and I. The house is very cozy the couches are super comfortable. The hot tub tops it off after a long day on the slopes. We plan on booking another stay next December.

Great spot

This is a nice property in a great location. Open main floor plan with a hot tub. The only thing I’d add is that there is no master bathroom. The master shares a hall bathroom with the other bedroom on the second floor. That wasn’t a major deal, just want people to know. (Apparently I didn’t realize that until we arrived.) We would stay here again, boat was helpful with any questions.

Great Location

Beautiful, spacious well stocked condo. Views were fantastic and so close to shops and restaurants. Never had to use our car and took advantage of the free shuttle bus. Hot Tub and condo was very clean. Tons of towels which we appreciated!Only issue was we couldn’t get upstairs tv to work & fireplace a little tricky to turn on. Would highly recommend this rental!

Great Location, Very Comfortable Accomodations

We had a great time, oftentimes the actual home looks smaller than it appears in pictures but this was the opposite! The family room was a very generous size and great for a family with small kiddos. We will definitely return.

Great location!

We are a family of 4 - 2 teens. The townhouse had plenty of space and then some. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and the large sectional for movies. The location is great with easy access to walk to shops & restaurants. The longest walk was about 10 min to the other end of town. The only downside is the primary bedroom faces Main Street. If you like sleeping with the windows open during the summer, you will have a lot of street noise & 4 am restaurant deliveries. Take the warning at the end of the listing seriously. We still enjoyed our stay and the townhouse despite the noise.
