Have fun deciding on all the wounderfull restaurants, all within walking distance. Enjoy the award winning Jack Nicolas mountain golf at Breckenridge, Biking hiking and so much more to do.

DON'T FORGET THE SKIING!!!

Winters are "to die for"!!! You can ski-in and avoid all the bus rides and wasted time getting to and from the lifts. It's a brief walk to x Maggie. No car required, No Parking problems, just slip-on the boots and go!!! It's all here waiting for you and your family to enjoy.

Great location!

Perfect location within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Kitchen stocked with cookware, even an air fryer. Nice spacious open kitchen, dining and living area. Dining table seat 6, 4 more seats at the kitchen island. Bath, kitchen water heats quickly. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a very nice and comfortable place to stay.

Good location between lifts and town.

We enjoyed our stay. The walk up to the lift is doable or there’s a close bus stop. The town is very walkable. Good in between location and a good value for the space and convenience.

Perfect long weekend in Breck

Listing was exactly as described. Clean, very convenient location to town and Peak 9, well stocked, and nice amenities like hot tub & sauna. Covered parking was very convenient as well, since it was snowing for most of our stay. Would love to stay again.

Homy feeling with Superb Location

This was our first ever VRBO experience. The host Al was very prompt replying to our questions through messaging and he even reached out to us via phone a couple times. We enjoyed visiting with him. We stayed 4 days. The price was very reasonable. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the short walk over to Main St. each day to eat and explore shops. So pretty, like something straight out of a Hallmark movie set. The apt. was as pictured. Fully appointed with everything you could need. Nice layout. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms only had blinds on windows so light streams in very early, curtains would have been nice. No bad/strong smells for all the scent sensitive out there. As mentioned in other reviews, the above unit was noisy when people walked and played music. Typical of most apt buildings. All was quiet during sleeping hrs. from above unit and street. There is on site laundry in the parking garage area. Machines were clean and cost was reasonable, paid via an app. Overall a great first experience and beat staying in a hotel! We had an excellent time in Breckenridge, look forward to coming back sometime.

Great location! Lots of Space!

So many great things about this condo. Giant living space, lots of sleeping spaces and two-bathrooms. The balcony and slots for skis, racks for coats were helpful too. Loved having the hot tub right down the hall. We usually hiked it to Quicksilver lift in the morning and took 4 0'Clock down at night. Shuttle stops are close and the walk to town (and Starbucks!) was superb. You will hear the clanking of ski boots above in the morning and the water pipes can be super noisy. Would have loved a night table in the master. Also, we had a difficult time finding the parking garage. Was worth it though because you can't beat underground parking especially since we were there for a giant storm. A final reason I'm giving 5-stars is for an easy checkout. Finding that less and less with rentals and really appreciated the ease of the process. All in all a great vacation!

Nice, spacious property. Some aspects of the property need some TLC but overall it worked well for us. It would be nice to have an info sheet or booklet that explains the property, pools, bus maps, etc.

Nice Apartment Close to the slopes

We were a family of five adults and an infant of 11 months old, and had a great experience at this property. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything that you need for a quality stay in Breckenridge. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Quicksilver lift and Main Street. The host was supportive and proactive with our needs. Highly recommended property!!

Excellent location

Excellent location for access to Peak 9 lift and Main St shops and restaurants. Unit was just like photos. Kitchen was fully stocked. Only downside is noise from upstairs unit flushing and shower so if you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing a noise machine or there are fans in the closets.

FANTASTIC location and great condo!

My husband and I just came back from a week staying at this great condo. We are locals, and I cannot emphasize enough how great the location is. The shuttle is literally across the street (should you need it) walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, and you can walk to the bottom of Breckenridge Village and leave your skis in a locker. While it’s technically not ski in/ ski out (5 min walk max), we literally only had to put the boots that we were walking in, in lockers and then change into ski boots. The unit has everything you need, including four thermostats that you can adjust along with bathroom heaters (one doesn’t work). It was 0 to 10° while we were there and we were incredibly comfortable in addition to using the fireplace that works perfectly. Quiet building overall and fantastic communication with the owners. Thank you for a great stay, and we hope to be there soon.

This unit was very nice. Kitchen equipped with everything needed. Very clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have cable TV. Also, the sliding door did not operate properly. Opening was very difficult and unable to lock. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

Everything went well and unit was more than adequate. Some updating and maintence would be helpful. Some additional information on directions and how to get to garage would certainly help. Hot tub and sauna used by building residents was very nice.
