So, you want to be close to the lifts and a short stroll from Breck’s Historic Main Street. Well, you can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to this condo, then walk to Main Street for aprùs ski or a fantastic dinner! Park Place Mount Massive Condo is going to be a hit with your family and friends!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo works perfectly for families or groups of up to eight. The living area is cozy with comfortable furniture, a river-rock gas fireplace, and a huge flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up snacks or a home-cooked meal, and there’s plenty of room for everyone with six places at the dining room table and three more at the counter. There's even a gas grill on the deck for barbecuing!

The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, as well as access to the seasonal Upper Village community swimming pool and hot tubs. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

We had an amazing stay! Our family of 7 stayed for 6 nights and the home was perfect for us. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to Main Street, which was especially fun with Oktoberfest happening during our trip. We also had some of the best hiking trails nearby and even spotted a couple moose! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable condo. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, boutiques. The only issue we had was the refrigerator was not working properly. It was not getting cold and freezer did not freeze ice cubes.

Location, location, location

This is very nice and well appointed condo. The location is a very short walk to town, even with snow. We appreciated the covered parking and amenities that came with this condo (the steam shower was nice). The only complaint we had is the beautiful area rug in the living room would constantly wrinkle and was a trip hazard. We considered rolling it up during our stay so we wouldn’t have to straighten it constantly. I would not let the rug keep you from renting this condo because we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Couldn’t ask for a better location. You walk right out the door to the main part of downtown. There were no issues with check-in or out and the place provided all the basic needs. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great location! Great space! Lots of road noise.

We had a wonderful stay in Breck. The condo was easy walking to Main St and all the shops. Plenty of space. We loved the balcony however the road noise made it almost imposyto use. Easy check in and out. Overall, a wonderful place!!

This property was fantastic. They let us check in early so we were able to enjoy more time in the slopes! We were missing a couple humidifiers so the property reps brought us some immediately. Very attentive. And perfect location!

Great Location

Excellent location - very convenient to walk to downtown Breckenridge. Check in and communication was very good. The property manager stayed in touch via text much of the week. Condo was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and appliances are becoming somewhat dated but it was a good value for the price.

Quiet and Lovely.

Our family of four came for a vacation. Our 2nd time in Breck. This unit was very quiet we loved it. Far enough off main strip (across road being the river) to hear a lot of the sounds of the Main Street but close enough to walk everywhere. Covered parking, easy access to unit. Loved the steam room feature in the master bathroom. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed plus extras which we really appreciated! Inside the unit is very sound proof too. We couldn’t even hear our kids talking/yelling from their bedroom. Bed were very comfortable. Kids loved the bunks. Also loved having that balcony. Communication was excellent with Summit. Would rent again. Thank you!

Perfect location and great layout!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) fit perfectly in this condo! Great layout and PERFECT location, especially for the summer - steps away from Main Street. Great patio with views of mountains facing Main Street. Parking was always available which is a big plus. Would definitely stay again.
