3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,625 sq ft duplex on 3 levels with parking for 2 cars maximum: 1 car parking inside detached garage plus parking for 1 additional car directly outside garage. No street parking allowed, however paid parking is available within 1 miles of home.

My family and I had the best time at this home. The home was super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of to cook with. Hot tub was AMAZING! Not to mention the absolutely perfect location, just minutes to town! We will definitely stay here every time we come to Breck!

Property was nice. Appreciated all the kitchen extras (condiments, baggies, etc) and the bottle of wine. Was surprised by non-paved roads the last bit, but they were in good condition. Couldn’t work upstairs bathroom floor heat and there was little/no hot water for showers but otherwise everything was good. Loved the little fox that visited us each morning.

Well stocked, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Pictures do make it seem bigger than it is. We had 6 adults and I was hoping to use an air mattress but there wasn’t anywhere to put one. It would be fine for 4 adults and two kids. The top bunk was too small for our 6th adult so they had to sleep on the couch.

Perfect spot for a family ski getaway!

Our family had a great experience staying at this cabin for our spring break. The cabin was spotless, was well-appointed with everything we would need for our stay, and the host provided clear, prompt communication. The location was quiet and private, but a quick, easy drive into downtown Breckenridge and to the Gondola lots at Breck. We would definitely stay here again! One heads up for families traveling with younger children - the primary bedroom suite is two levels above the other two bedrooms - which my teen and tween loved, but might be a little scary for littles.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home! The home is throughly stocked with everything you need and more. It was so nice to be able to soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing. Great Experience!

This property is highly recommended to stay. Definitely would stay there again. It is located on the side of the mountain and had nice friendly neighbors. You do need an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive to get there safely in the winter, which we had thankfully. The beds were very comfortable which for my family is very important. So we slept well. I do recommend this property to anyone that is staying in Breckenridge.

FIVE STAR Cabin!!

I can't say enough positive things about this property! The hosts communication was 10/10, the property was clean, close to town, and well stocked! We were amazed, we didn't run out of toilet paper the whole time lol. The area we stayed in was peaceful and still close to town and the slopes! We used the wood burning fireplace every day we were there too. Not only was the cabin great, the host helped us as far as directing us to places to see and rental spots while we were in town! I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge!

Amazing property to stay at in Breck!

Everything about this home is incredible. It is stocked with everything you could want or need, from kitchen to bathrooms to bedrooms. The home has an incredible atmosphere that immediately when you walk in, it feels like your home. Heated tile floors, fully stocked kitchen to cater multiple styles of patrons, whether adult friends or a large family. The host was very communicative and prompt to respond to all questions or concerns. They lay out all expectations for the property simply and nothing was difficult about staying here. Even checkout was easier than most hotels! 11/10, I would give it 100 stars if I could!

The house was conveniently located close to downtown Breckenridge, but still secluded in the mountainside. The home itself was stunning, immaculate, and fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen items for preparing full meals. It exceeded all expectations!

Clean and Close and Quiet with a hot tub

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here with friends. We came back because of the location and cleanliness of the place. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. There is also a garage for your vehicle, all wheel drive would be preferred but I had no problem in 2 wheel drive with snow tires.
