With high vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and gorgeous, rustic decor, this stylish ski condo is just what you've been waiting to find! The Snowflake Lift is within a few steps, making this a true ski-in/out location. And you'll have all the shops, eateries, and seasonal events of downtown Breckenridge a stone's throw away.

Let the kids challenge each other to a few games of Ping-Pong in the community game room as you take a little time out by soaking in one of the three hot tubs. Take in a good live show at Backstage Theater, then come home to prepare a sumptuous home-cooked meal in the kitchen. Dinner parties are a blast when you serve your lucky guests over the handsome dining table. End each evening with a good DVD on the 4K TV and enjoy recently updated sleeping arrangements which promise sweet dreams for everyone.

You'll find lots of terrific shops, restaurants, and activities downtown, including the Mountain Top Children's Museum, Empire Burger, and Towne Square Mall. Dillon Reservoir, just a short drive from town, offers ice fishing and ice skating, so be sure to plan a day trip with the family. Come summer, there are plenty of warm-weather activities nearby, including hikes on the Snowflake Trail and around Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve.

Things to Know
Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning.
The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent quality and location

The condo we stayed in was really great, from the top quality build and furniture, to the well equipped kitchen. The location is so great, even in summer. The property has really good amenities too with the pool and hot tubs, steam room and the shuttle. I wish I owned a place like this one, just perfect. Only little caveat was a trash/rotten stench in the hallways and garage on the last few days of our stay, but it had to be a fluke. Love this place.

Right across from the snowflake lift. Condo was very nice. Had a little wine and cheese reception in the evening in the lobby. Reasonable price. Really enjoyed the stay.

Great location for skiing

Loved the ski in/ski out benefits as well as the shuttle to town. Condo was spotless and well equipped. Hot tubs and steam rooms were a welcome amenity after freezing on the slopes. Only negative was a sulfur smell that came from the bathroom.

Awesome digs for powder pigs (and family)!

Perfect location, clean, quiet, warm. Super convenient shuttle. Pool and hot tubs were nice and not too crowded. Our family of four loved it. Fresh baked cookies at the front desk were a hit with the kids. The only downside to having the Snowflake lift right outside the door, a boot room that dries your boots overnight, and ski storage at the lift
our kids are now spoiled forever and will be lost later in life when they have to carry their skis across frozen parking lots. Great place. Look forward to returning in the future.

A cozy, close location

The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen setup is simple and the inclusion of a hood makes cooking a pleasure. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. Bathrooms are large and practical. The gas fireplace puts out nice heat, making it easy to warm up after a cold say on the slopes. While not a true "Ski In, Ski Out" setup (it's on the sixth floor) it is a short walk to the north side of the building, a brief elevator ride to the first floor lockers, a short walk to pick up your skis/snowboard from the Charter Sports racks, and a short walk up a set of stairs to get to the Snowflake Lift. The crew at 42 BlueSky is super friend.y and they offer free shuttle service to and from town. It's a nice place to stay.

Nice place, great location + facilities

Great location. Pretty good property, it was a bit hot even with the fans, but we left the windows open at night and it helped. The day we left I met the owner and she told me they're upgrading all the furniture. So I'm sure now it's a great property! We'd definitely come back. Wonderful pool and outdoor facilities at Blue Sky. Nice owner.

Great Location and Condo!

Great location just a few easy steps from Snowflake ski lift. Very nice building, service and amenities including underground/heated parking. The unit was very clean, quiet, comfortable and stocked with amenities to cook. And we cook!. This will be on our list for the next Breck ski weekend.
