Just steps off of Breck's iconic Main Street, you'll find Aspen Basin, a warm and welcoming 3-bedroom home featuring an open floor plan, large deck with gas firepit/heater, an outdoor hot tub, and mountain views! A serene retreat in the heart of it all. Recently renovated, Aspen Basin is sure to surprise and delight friends and families alike.

Step through the front door and discover the open-concept main level connecting the living area, dining room, and kitchen. The living area is set under vaulted ceilings and features floor-to-ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural light to spill in. Cozy up beside the gas fireplace on the plush sofa, or enjoy a new movie on the large smart TV.

The main level offers easy access to the wrap-around deck through two sliding glass doors – one through the living area and the other in the dining area. Enjoy the gas fire pit and heater with outdoor seating; relax and watch the sunset over the peaks of the Breckenridge Ski Resort before retreating to the private hot tub. Don't forget to make use of the BBQ gas grill which is situated on the deck and available for your exclusive use.

Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen offers a gas range, a large island with seating, a wine fridge, and everything you'll need for nightly meal prep. The adjoining dining area features a custom-made wood slab table with combination bench-and-chair seating for 8 to 10.

Moving to the upper-mid level, you'll find the bunk room with an exclusive hall bath, perfect for the kiddos. The uppermost level is home to the king bedroom suite which is the primary bedroom and features a king bed, private balcony, TV, and spacious ensuite bath. The ensuite features a double-bowl vanity and a large walk-in shower.

Retreat to the lower level to find a cozy den with a desk, large TV, and sofa that doubles as additional sleeping in two twin beds. The queen bedroom and full bathroom with a steam shower are situated on the lower level as well, making this a great spot for a family with children to stay. A washer and dryer are situated on the lower level for your exclusive use.

Aspen Basin offers a one-bay garage with parking for two cars total at the home. An Electric Vehicle Charging Station (J1772 with Tesla adapter) is available in the garage for electric/hybrid vehicles.

Fantastic location for our family to enjoy Breckenridge; walkable for downtown and hiking nearby. The home's layout was perfect for infant to grandparents -- yes, we were all there. Very much enjoyed the outdoor space, as well.

Great place, can’t say enough about how clean this house was or location. It checked all boxes when trying to find something local and close to Main St. House was perfect, no issues and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great house and perfect location!

This house was beautifully appointed, very clean and located within a short walk of Main Street. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any of our questions. Guide book they provided by QR code was very informative. We will definitely stay here the next time we go to Breckenridge.

Our Favorite in Breck

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house was in a perfect location; easy to access any part of Breck. The view was amazing! The house was well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. This is our first time in Breck in the “off” season and we loved it. We normally come to ski and play in the snow. We will definitely be back!!

Clean and Comfortable

Very beautiful, clean house. My husband, myself and our 4 kids ages 15, 12, 9, and 3 had a great stay. Lots of extras to make our stay comfortable and fun. Games, books, a full spice cabinet, sleds, and a wagon in the garage were a few nice extras. It was just off the south end of main street. Not right in the middle of town, but a short walk to get to everything. There are also shortcuts/walking paths to get around quicker. We didn't find some of these until our last day, so don't just rely on google maps. The best routes are not always on the main streets. Carter Park is maybe a 2 minute walk as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfection!!

Could not have asked for more during our stay at Aspen Basin! We were a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids ages 6 and 8) and the set up was ideal - the kids loved the bunk bed room and there was plenty of separation for bedrooms across the three floors so everyone had peace and quiet while sleeping, even with different bedtimes. The furniture and design were divine and the kitchen has literally everything you need - the beds and linens were so comfy and we felt so luxurious the whole time we were there, especially sitting in front of the fireplace gazing out the huge windows at the mountains - just spectacular. We also LOVED the private hot tub after skiing - it was amazing (we even saw a fox sleeping in the sun a few days in a row - magical!) And we loved the heated garage - so so great on cold snowy days! The location is also fabulous - we had days when we walked to the slopes, we took the shuttle a few times, and we had members of our group drop us off on the days they weren’t skiing - all of it was easy. Last point, the hosts are wonderful - we stay at 10+ vacation rentals a year and this experience is easily one of our best ever - don’t hesitate!!

Wonderful weekend in the mountains!

My family and I rented this beautiful home for the weekend and couldn't have had a better experience. The home is wonderful - spacious bed rooms, a great kitchen area, bunk beds for the kiddos, a hot tub outside, and a steam shower! We loved being able to walk downtown to visit the shops and for dinner. And above all - the house is so close to the slopes for easy skiing! Would definitely recommend and we'll absolutely be returning!
