Modern 2-room apartment on the third floor with approx. 60 m², recently renovated and furnished. Very bright entrance hall with open wardrobe. Bedroom with double bed. Comfortable living room, fireplace area and exit to the balcony with mountain views. TV and Wi-Fi. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, kettle and Chicco d'oro coffee machine. Newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. One parking space in the garage. Shared ski storage room. No smoking. Pets not allowed.

Pra d'Sura is an apartment building located at the entrance to Maloja. There is a small grocery shop in the village.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION

On the border with Italian-speaking Switzerland, visitors appreciate the uncomplicated atmosphere, the spirit of famous painters and the nature and culture of a mountain pass landscape.
As the starting point of the Engadin Ski Marathon, Maloja is a mecca for cross-country skiers.
In addition, the pony lift and the Aela panoramic ski lift, right on the doorstep of the village, still retain their traditional character. Individualists appreciate this tranquillity. Parents with children use it to improve their stem turns or celebrate their return to the slopes after a long break. But it's not just winter sports enthusiasts who feel at home in this natural setting.

Sehr nettes Personal in Ihrem Büro in St. Moritz. Der gesamte Ablauf ( Bezahlung, Schlüsselübergabe, Abreise ) ist bestens organisiert. Sehr schoen renovierte und nett eingerichtete Wohnung.

Der Bestellvorgang mit E-Domizil fand ich nicht sehr glücklich. Doch der Kontakt in der Sache mit LOGA klärte für mich das Geschäfts-Verhältnis in der Sache und war dann sehr befriedigend. Da ich Maloja bestens kannte war die Ankunft problemlos. Ein kleiner Mangel war der Beschrieb zum Parkplatz, dort müsste die Nr.-Bezeichnung nicht 33 heissen, sondern 133. Dass schaffte eine Unsicherheit. Nachher war mir die Nummerierung dann klar. Der Aufenthalt war sehr positiv und wir hatten mit dem Wetter viel Glück. Die Organisation durch LOGA war perfekt.

Schlüsselübergabe am Bahnhof in St. Moritz hat bestens funktioniert und wurde sehr geschätzt. Tolle Wohnung, es wirkte alles sehr modern und neuwertig. Gute Ausstattung, es hat nichts gefehlt. Top Lage und guter Anschluss mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr. Mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe.
