Casa Margherita is a pretty rustico in Zignago, above Brenzone, with a magnificent view of the lake: you can see Isola Trimelone, Malcesine and Monte Baldo as well as the steep banks of the west coast of the lake. Casa Margherita is in an absolutely quiet location. Even in the high season, there is no hustle and bustle and no traffic. The nearest beach is just 1500 metres away. It can also be reached on foot (800 metres). And there is a nice terrace restaurant in the village that also offers delicious wood-fired pizzas (300 m). The property is fully fenced and locked by an automatic gate, the opening code of which is communicated to the customer on arrival. Pets are allowed (max 2) Casa Margherita consists of 6 flats (nr. 2, nr. 3, nr. 4, nr. 5, nr. 7 and nr. 8), all with a wonderful lake view, bright and friendly furnished, with stone floors, gas central heating, free wi-fi, air conditioning (in flats nr. 2, nr. 3, nr. 7 and nr. 8) and each flat has a private car park. Pets are allowed (max 2).
Flat no. 4 for max. 2 adults (possibly plus 1 child) is located on the ground floor and offers on approx. 35 mÂČ a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen-living room with gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, dining area, sofa, TV-Sat, a storage room for bicycles. The best thing is the garden, which is only for your use, with a marvellous view of the lake and very quiet. table, benches, barbecue, deckchairs and parasols are available in the garden.
The entire Casa Margherita is surrounded by a large garden, which is completely fenced and divided into different areas that are exclusively available to the individual flats. The garden of flat no. 4 is spacious, equipped with deckchairs, parasol and table for lunch. The most important aspect of the garden is the marvellous lake view and the tranquillity. There are no streets, nightclubs or noisy bars nearby. We are sure that our customers will appreciate the garden of Casa Margherita
This is a good starting point for beautiful walks or bike rides and the beach is 500 metres away and can be reached via a path or 1 km by car.
The place Castello di Brenzone is a small place above Brenzone; it is very quiet. The municipality of Brenzone is actually made up of several villages that lie one behind the other along the Olive Riviera. The territory also includes the island of Trimelone, not far from the shore, with the remains of an old fortress. Thanks to its geographical position between the lake and the mountains, Brenzone is a favourite place for sailing events, windsurfing and wonderful hikes in the hinterland and to the mountain peaks. The olive oil, which is cultivated on the slopes according to ancient tradition, is one of the best quality oils in the area. Worth seeing: the medieval mountain village of Campo (no longer inhabited), the little church of San Zeno in Castelletto. Hikes to Montebaldo and along the lakeshore *viewpoint. Events: Good Friday: Via Crucis; June to September: sailing regatta. August: concert at San Lorenzo (Campo)
