Adventure awaits you here at this fantastic rental on the lake. Enjoy the views of Lake Tiaroga from the bright interior of the great room with vaulted ceilings or the balcony and patio with your morning coffee or evening cocktails. This beautiful, spacious home offers comfortable living room furniture and a large streaming-capable TV and fireplace. Create culinary charms in the sophisticated kitchen equipped with updated appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table.

There are two more fireplaces; one in the main bedroom, complete with a full en suite bathroom with jetted tub. The third fireplace can be found on the bottom level with plenty of leisurely seating, another large TV, pool table, game table, dart board, and wet bar complete with a mini-fridge.

Enjoy some quiet time on the spacious patio or deck looking out over the lake, around the firepit, or even in the cozy nook on the third floor. Most of the bedrooms also offer comfy seating for relaxing and reading.

There is plenty of fun at the lake, and you'll also have access to amenities that come with Connestee Falls, such as tennis, wellness center, bocce ball, and golf. Don’t forget to check out all the area's hiking trails, waterfalls, shops, boutiques, and local eateries.

Things to Know
The community amenity fee is $175 (subject to change), with price increases for stays longer than one month. Connestee Falls Pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day.
The pool is subject to close at any time at the sole discretion of the Connestee Falls HOA. Please call them directly to ensure availability.This home does not have direct lake access. Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). Guests are encouraged to change their cell phone setting to enable WiFi calling prior to their arrival. This will enable ease of communication due to limited cell reception. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. 4WD/traction may be required in winter. Security camera details: The owner has installed a security camera pointed towards the driveway. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: The owner has installed a door bell camera facing the front entryway and a flood light camera pointed towards the lower level entrance




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
