Welcome to the Witek Rinker House, a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, ideally located on Main Street, only steps away from the many restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, and specialty shops Downtown Brevard has to offer! Built in 1911, this historic gem has been lovingly restored, modernized, and decorated to be perfect for your family vacation.  Upon arrival at the Witek Rinker House, guests are greeted by a flat driveway, covered parking for one car and additional parking in the driveway for 2 additional cars.

The spacious front porch at the Witek Rinker House is ideally curated with a swing, rocking chairs, and string lights; perfect for relaxing in the shade and enjoying the view of the action on Main Street.  As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a spacious living area with ample seating, a game cabinet, a television, and gas fireplace.  The dining room is located just off the living room and is complete with a dining table for 6 guests.  The large custom kitchen is just off the dining room and has been thoughtfuly curated with a gas stove, stainless. steel appliances, a Keurig, dishes, and the pots and pans needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Groups in the area to visit Brevard College will love the most unique space in the Witek Rinker House. The room off the kitchen is dedicated to the history of Brevard College Track and Field.  Coaches Norman Witek and David Rinker, who the home is named for, led cross country and track athletes at Brevard College for over 50 years.  Some of these athletes went on to compete at the most prestigious events, including the world championships and the Olympics.  The memorabilia room is an informative, unique, and fun way to honor the legacy of these coaches and the athletes of Brevard College.

As you travel up the stairs to the second floor of the Witek Rinker House, you will be greeted by all 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  The primary bedroom is home to a queen-sized bed and a unique ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower.  The second and third bedrooms each have one queen-sized bed.  The fourth bedroom is complete with one set of bunk beds with full-sized mattresses on the top and the bottom.  A second full bathroom with walk-in shower services the 3 guest bedrooms and is also located upstairs on the second floor.

When you and your group are ready to unwind, the backyard at the Witek Rinker House is an ideal place to do just that.  The large fullly fenced in yard allows for privacy.  A propane grill and dining table for 8 create the perfect space for al fresco dining.  After dinner, guests can soak in the private hot tub before settling in for the night.
There is a private EV Charger located under the Carport, and is available for Guest use.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and suplies to make your stay comfortable.  Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information needed to enjoy your stay, like the door code and directions.  The digital guidebook has information on the property and also on the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property they have reserved at check-in time.
