Family friendly home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Within 5 minutes you can drive to the Bangor Waterfront Concerts, the Cross Insurance Center, local hospitals and many restaurants, then it’s a 10 minute drive to the Bangor International Airport.
This three bedroom/one bath home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and has all the amenities to make this feel like your home away from home.
Very spacious house with open back porch to enjoy when it’s nice out, or finished closed porch for when you want to be inside.
Three bedrooms total, two of which have a queen bed. The third bedroom has bunk beds; the bottom bed is a full mattress, the top is a twin. All new memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has a luggage rack for your convenience.
The comfortable sectional in the living room is known to make you fall asleep, so beware if you have places to be.
The farm style dining room table encourages home cooked meals with family/friends.
The butler pantry and attic is not accessible.
Waiver of fee for extra guests is available for children.
-No smoking inside or in a location where the odor can enter the residence.

-Parking onsite for two vehicles, all other vehicles can park for free on the road.

Great home base for local visiting
Jacob and Miranda’s place was a great place for my family and I to use as a home base while visiting family in the area. The place was clean and conveniently located in a nice little neighborhood. They were quick to respond to my questions and check in and check out were easy. Highly recommend staying here.

Waterfront Concert Weekend
Was able to check in early and have a couple hours to relax before the concert . The hosts answered messages immediately . The house was very spacious with air conditioning in the majority of the rooms which was great for summer . Beds were comfortable . Walking distance to the concert venue and restaurants. Cheap Uber rides as well. Would go back again. The street was quiet too. Nice big porch with couches looking into the street and a back deck

Great spot and location to Bangor to enjoy shows at the Maine Savings Amphitheatre-enjoying the many spots for eats and treats and shopping or a little gambling in and around the Bangor area. Home is in need of some simple updates such as screens in windows and home essential necessities for cooking, clean up and bathing. Beds are comfortable as is the sofa for evening relaxation. The large dining table and benches are great for big meals and playing an evening game.
