This home away from home is perfect for OSV and 4-wheel off-road adventurers, as there are trails nearby, including Nauset Beach in Orleans and Race Point Beach in Provincetown.

With updated bathrooms, hardwood floors, and freshly painted rooms, the property boasts an abundance of modern convenience. There is plenty of room for you and your loved ones with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. All of the bedrooms have window AC units and TVs, while the main on-suite boasts a luxury shower for two. The bunk room offers a desk for remote work and a futon for flexible sleeping space. The home's lower level offers a washer & dryer and more entertainment options. Lending itself to cozy family movie nights, the living room boasts a large TV and a fireplace.

Off the main living area is a fully screened-in porch that leads out to the stone patio - the perfect spot for grilling. The home's private yard is any nature lover's delight and features a firepit, hammock, and alfresco dining.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
