Stairs, stairs, stairs !
Plus:
1. Comfy furniture and beds.
2. Centrally located, near RT 6.
3. Walk to bike path and pond swimming.
Minus:
1. Main living space is on 2nd level and a dozen steep stairs.
2. Additional beds are on 3rd level, another dozen steep stairs.
3. Property description should be more explicit about how difficult this property is for people with mobility challenges.
4. Had to go out and buy sheets, towels, trash bags, paper towels.
5. The septic system hadn’t been maintained/pumped and completely backed up into showers, laundry room wall and garage.
6. The TV’s were vintage to say the least.
7. Kitchen faucet had steady leak.
8. Back patio needed sweeping/was dirty.
I would not rent this property again. I had to apologize to my brother who was on crutches. He had to use the back door as the stairs were too difficult. There are no beds on the ground floor.
