The living and dining area of this Lake Maggiore apartment is furnished in contemporary contrasting tones of black and white and this theme is echoed in the sleek white kitchen units. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need.

The bedroom has plenty of fitted wardrobe space and a large double bed cleverly arranged so that guests can enjoy the lake views from the comfort of their bed! The bathroom is contemporary in design with large walk in shower, bidet, toilet and WC.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy sole use of the entire apartment during their stay. There is also one allocated parking space in the secure car park adjacent to the property. Additional guest spaces are available if required.

The Neighborhood:
Brezzo di Bedero is a lovely little village on the banks of Lake Maggiore. It has a great pizzeria which is extremely popular with the locals. It's only a 5 minute drive down the hillside from this Lake Maggiore apartment to the nearest town where there are a selection of shops and restaurants including a large Carrefour supermarket. Getting Around:
Buses do run past the road at the end of the driveway to the apartment. However guests would need to hire a car if staying here.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoying the sun all day long, from breakfast through to sunset, we absolutely love the terrace that leads off both the living area and bedroom. There is no better view to wake up to than the one you enjoy from your bedroom and no better place to enjoy breakfast and dinner than on the exceptionally large terrace that this apartment boasts.
