The Cozy Brian Head Cabin was indeed cozy and family friendly. Our grandsons loved sleeping in the loft and playing the games there. The cabin was clean, organized, and well stocked. We had four different groups of family driving up, so it was great to have plenty of parking in the garage and driveway. The owners both responded quickly to any questions I had, and we appreciated their welcome treats and driving directions. We hope to stay here again next year.

Host was responsive and nice. House was really comfortable for larger groups. We had 6 kids and they had plenty of room to play and do things. The home is beautiful and very thoughtfully built. I would definitely rent this home again from these hosts.

A Great Family Getaway

The property was well maintained and ideally situated for hiking, lake fishing, biking, and canoeing. Our family was well accommodated and we enjoyed the game room amenities. We especially enjoyed the natural environment.the Vrbro bedding accommodations specifications did not quite align with what was actually provided in the various bedrooms - but this did not seriously impact our stay.

Quiet & Comfortable

This home is beautiful, with everything well thought out. We felt welcome when we arrived and found everything clean and ready for us. There was plenty of room for all 15 of us to spread out. We never heard any of the kids say they were bored. This home is located in a very quiet area that is still under development. No one else around. I think only 1 vehicle passed the cabin during the 3 days we were there. All the essentials were covered, and everything was stocked well, including towels, kitchen dishes, etc. Definitely be looking to stay here again. Thank you!

Winter Wonderland

Our annual ski trip was awesome at the Mackert Family Cabin. Our group of 16 had a blast! The rooms were beautiful. The cabin comfortably accommodated our group. The trees surrounding the cabin were amazing especially with all of the fresh snow. The kitchen had every appliance we needed. The hosts were very responsive. The cabin was immaculate. We would definitely stay again.

Family getaway for the holidays

This cabin was the perfect fit for my family! We spent the days skiing and the nights hanging out as a family playing games and eating lots of good food. The layout of the cabin was great with lots of bed and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and we definitely felt at home.

Great property and owners!

We stayed at this house as part of a mountain biking trip with a group of friends. House was very nice - lots of space and very well appointed. Owners were incredibly responsive and could not have been nicer. Highly recommend.

Wish we could have stayed longer

Our family enjoyed this thoughtfully designed, beautifully crafted home so much and wished we could have stayed longer. The homeowners, Shem and Susan, responded quickly to questions about detours and directions and even took the time to drop off cookies for us! Each family enjoyed having a private room/bathroom, and the kids had fun with the many games and activities provided. We also liked sitting on the porch listening to the birds and flowing stream, taking walks to the local country store and coffee shop, and seeing the nearby national parks and monuments. It’s a lovely place to make special memories with family!

Perfect home for family get away!

This home is spectacular-obviously built and furnished with love! Spotless, fully stocked. Beds are so comfortable-everyone in our group commented on their comfort. The welcome cookies were so appreciated after a long travel day. And the recommendation for Chef V was perfect-we had a wonderfully cooked birthday dinner and we all wanted her recipes! Would highly recommend this property!

All the comforts from home and more!

We had an amazing time! We had all the comforts from home and more. The kitchen had all appliances and kitchen tools we needed. The bath towels were plush and confortable. The kids loved all the gaming tables, ping-pong was a favorite. The cabin was modern and cozy. We were able to enjoy the gorgeous scenery from the big windows. And the kids love the sledding right outside the door.

Relaxing mountain stay

We got snowed out while skiing, owners called the city and got us plowed out right away. Comfortable beds, great showers with hot water and great water pressure. Smelled nice, spacious and fun fir the family and friends.

It is easy to see how awesome the property is for families. Plenty of beds, amenities, the kids loved the foosball table. Family owned, they went through the extra cost to have snow shoveled and access plowed so we could have an easier time getting in. Who does that these days???
