This unit comfortably sleeps 4 with a luxury queen bed in the Master Bedroom and two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom. Plush towels are provided in each of the 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. Great stay

Great stay for a tournament in Stevensville and then time to enjoy St. Joe and the beach nearby. We loved the layout, design, cleanliness, and amenities of Weko #4 unit. So many nice touches to make traveling convenient!! The whole Monogram building seemed wonderful! Only cons were the queen mattress (uncomfortable, big dips) and our washer being out of order. We were there 5 days so not being able to easily wash towels and sports uniforms was inconvenient. Would definitely return to Monogram if in the area again.

Cute & Convenient

This was my groups 2nd time staying in the condo and we enjoyed it just as much as the 1st time. The location is close to the beach, breweries, and some restaurants. We enjoyed a winery tour too while we were there! As for the condo it was well maintained, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for the weekend!

Beautiful property with nice furnishings and decor throughout the entire condo. Location is great. Right between st. Joseph and new buffalo. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommended. Very good pizza next door too.

Bridg to Michigan Fun

This was a perfect location for enjoying a long weekend in Southern Michigan. Our group of friends did wine tastings, golfed, gambled and visited the beach...all from a beautiful, large condo.

Loved our stay! VERY clean and stocked well. Decorated tastefully and all very new and updated. Despite being on a street corner it was relatively quiet for a weekend. Emma's next door is a fantastic place for pizza or sandwiches. Really nice place. Thank you!!

Even better than the pictures show!

We had a fabulous stay for a mini-getaway with our family of five. This suite was much bigger than I had imagined from the photos. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. It did not have cable TV, but we were able to sign into our own subscriptions and watch that way. The suites are located within walking distance of Weko Beach (about 1 mile), a few breweries, a winery, some shops, restaurants, ice cream, and even a coffee shop with donuts! There was a wonderful specialty pizza shop right by the suite called Emma Hearth & Market. We ordered a few pizzas and enjoyed them on the beach for dinner and sunset one evening. We were perfectly located between the beaches we intended on visiting which were Warren Dunes and Silver Beach in St. Joe. We spent every evening at Weko Beach for sunset. Absolutely loved this property.

Perfect Girls Weekend

This condo is a hidden gem! We used it for a girls weekend and it was perfect. It is clean, well decorated and a perfect layout. Entry and communication was great. We were able to walk and bike to great restaurants and the stunning beach was just a mile away. The beach has kayaks and paddle boards and a concession stand. The sunsets were incredible! It is a quick drive to so much more. We would use again for sure and highly recommend. Would be good for a family or a couples weekend as well.

Loved our stay!

Property was really clean! The space was bigger then we thought. It was perfect for 6 girls enjoying a weekend of wineries. Wineries were only 10 min away and about a 20 min drive to downtown St Joseph.

Excellent Getaway

Centrally located to St. Joe’s, Warren Dune Park and New Buffalo. Suite was beautiful and comfortable. Some restaurants nearby were closed on Mon and Tues. so a little inconvenient. The only negative thing I would say is there was no elevator so for us it was tough getting all our luggage upstairs. Other than that we loved our stay and would definitely return.
