Offering all ground floor accommodation, this comfortable holiday home is ideal for a small family or two couples. Upon entering, you will find a spacious living/dining room complete with a large sofa ideally placed to enjoy an evening’s entertainment on the Smart TV, and the round dining table sits in front of a large bay window. There are a couple of board games to enjoy if you fancy a little competition with your fellow holidaymakers. The compact kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, slow cooker, microwave and fridge. Should you not wish to cook, there are a host of restaurants a stone’s throw from the front door. This holiday home offers two bedrooms, a twin, and a kingsize which benefits from a door leading out to a small patio area. There is a choice of golf courses if you fancy a round or two, and there are miles of walking and cycling opportunities around the town and within the Yorkshire Wolds close by.
