Very enjoyable stay with a very nice breakfast each morning with plenty of choice. Bit of banter from Phil was good fun at breakfast and in the bar in the evening, will definitely book again if we are back that way again. Thank you.
We went to visit the Bridlington Spa for an ELO Tribute concert on the Saturday night. We booked the Brockton for Friday and Saturday not knowing the area but certainly werenât disappointed. There was plenty free off street parking and a few places on site if available. Once inside Phil the owner made us feel immediately at home and showed us to our room directly. The room was a typical bed and breakfast place but was clean and tidy with the usual tv,tea and coffee, clean fresh towels supplied.
Breakfast was served 8-9am and you chose anything you wanted from a menu plus extra tea fresh juice cereals toast and jams on request. Although Phil kept asking if we needed anything. Perfect.
The hosts were very friendly and made us feel at home so would highly recommend this location.
The spa was only a short 10 minute walk and town just a further 5 minutes so not far from anywhere.
Overall a great experience and highly recommended.well done Phil and Kate.
We arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon in our 1936 Riley. All the parking spaces were occupied. The landlord moved his own car further away so we could park our car so it could be seen from our room.
The breakfasts were good.
An altogether comfortable stay.
Considering what b&b hotels are experiencing this was a comfortable stay and the breakfast for fast & efficient by the owners.Parking is easy in the Avenue outside and the hotel located for an easy walk into Bridlington.
I enjoyed my stay at the Brockton over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend. The owners were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty and a good start to the day. I would stay here again.
