Family and Pet Friendly - a real home away from home

This spacious 3 bedroom cottage is ideally situated in Bright's beautiful tree-lined Delany Avenue. Stroll to the shops, river and park or just relax under the canopy of the walnut tree in the fully-enclosed back garden. 48 Delany is the ideal place for your next family holiday. You can even bring the dog!

5 minutes easy walk to town along Delany Avenue.

Accommodating up to 8 guests (max). Great for 2 small families, 3 couples or a girls weekend away. Can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and up to 4 children. Three couples is also an option.

Place was very good , it has excellent air conditioning as it was very hot . Has all the services and amenities that you need. Beautiful big tree to sit under in backyard. Comfortable enough , just needs a new mattress in the first bedroom , otherwise couldn’t fault it.

Perfect for Kids and Pets

We had a weekend away with our friends and it was the perfect house and location. Between us we had 3 kids under 3 and a dog. the house was well setup, even had a little booster seat for my baby, and a very secure backyard. So many toys and books for the kids, it was like Christmas. While it may not be the fanciest house in Bright, it certainly was our home away from home. We might have to come and stay again next year.

Cosy and comfortable

We were two families holidaying together for 4 nights to enjoy bright and the snow. The home was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the gas fireplace and the ambience it created, electric blankets took off that winter chill and there was ample space to hang our snow clothes and hang out together. We took our 4 legged friend and he was secure and comfortable in the yard and the house is oinly a short walk to town but with all the lovely bird life you would think you're really far removed. We had a lovely relaxing stay and will definitely come again.

This was our first visit to Bright. Very satisfied. Location was easy to find, the property was clean and had everything we need. All information we need to know were stated clearly on file. The property manager was friendly and helpful. will definitely stay again in the future.
