Council regulation limit the number of pets to two (unless they are teensy – ring to enquire).
Please note - pets cannot be left alone for long periods - maximum 3 hours. If you plan on going out for longer they must go with you. We do have a doggysitter who comes to the house - you pay directly.
Possibly this site can only charge for one pet - if that. We shall contact you directly if you are bringing a second pet (pet fee $75 per stay - not per night)

PLEASE NOTE: The base rate for this property is for 2 guests in 1 bedroom/ 1 ensuite.
Extra guests are $40 per guest per night
Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers. This allows smaller groups to enjoy the property without needing to pay for unused space. You will have the home to yourself and bedrooms/bathrooms not needed will be locked.
Two guests have automatic access to 1 bedroom, 4 guests have automatic access to 2 bedrooms and 6 guests have automatic access to 3 bedrooms
Should you require more bedrooms than your numbers indicate i.e. you have single occupancy issues, please adjust the number of guests staying and this site will allocate additional bedrooms

There is a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom and 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The 6 guests is inclusive of children.
As we are unable to be opening and closing bedrooms mid-stay open bedrooms are charged for the full stay

Curries not to be cooked or reheated due to pervasive and lingering odours. Similarly no smoking
Only guests booked and paid for permitted to stay. Immediate eviction for all guests with no refunds will be applied:

As we have abundant, and very tame, birdlife we are sorry but we cannot have cats stay
