If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund. If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Enough space for everyone to relax after a day of exploring Bright & surrounds. Wifi is included at this property and a Smart TV, some boardgames and books supplied.



HEATING & COOLING

Kitchen area has an electric fireplace. The rest of the house has reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge room with air transfer into the bedrooms. Additional heaters are also supplied for each bedroom.

Undercover patio with seating for 6, spacious, fully enclosed yard for the kids to run around while you sit and relax.
