The house is situated in the heart of Brighton youâre seconds walk away from Brighton train station, local pubs and restaurants and only a minute from Queens Road; the main road into town and the seafront where the famous West Pier and Brighton Pier, beach, independent shops, cafes, market, wonderful restaurants, bars, nightclubs, quirky boutiques and more all within walking distance. In terms of location, it doesnât get much better than this!

Set on a quiet street this spacious 6 bedroom home has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay in Brighton.
The house is spread over 4 floors giving guest ample space.
We have 6 bedrooms split over 3 floors of the house all bright and airy. The top attic bedroom has double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower. The second floor has large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single, with further two double bedrooms with double beds. The first floor has a large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single, with another double bedroom with double bed.
With not one but three modern bathrooms with showers, there will certainly be no queuing.
Large lounge and dining area with 2 big comfy stylish sofas and smart TV with app access using your own logins. Huge dining table and chairs to seat 10-12 guests. This is perfect area for chilling out in after a busy day in the centre.
Separate fully equipped kitchen with everything to make your luxury stay a real home from home.
Iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided too and you can use washing machine should you decide to wash your clothes.
We provide hotel quality bed linen and soft white fluffy towels for all guests. We also provide complimentary mini toiletries, tea & coffee portions.
If youâre coming via train, Brighton train station is less than a minutes walk away from the property.
If you want to get round the city the buses are great. Download the Brighton & Hove bus app and get almost anywhere in the city. Uber is also available.
You certainly don't need a car as the property is very central but if you do drive there are some parking options: Parking to the property is a mixture of permit bays and pay and display bays on the road itself. The pay and display bays have 4 hour limits. We advise parking at either Brighton station car park which is only a few moments walk  to the property. There is also parking in Trafalgar Street carpark. The entrance is on Blackman Street, BN1 4DZ. Itâs a 2-3 minute walk away to the property.
If you have an electric car, the closest charge points are on Buckingham Road and Centurion Road. These are lamp post chargers. There is a fast charging available at Trafalgar St Car Park (within walking distance.)
Youâve chosen a great place to stay for your trip, offering more space, privacy, and a true home-away-from-home feel. The property is located in a residential area on a quiet street where many neighbours live full-time, including families and older residents, so we kindly ask all guests to be respectful at all times. This property is not suitable for hen or stag groups, under 25s, or similar parties, and unauthorised guests are not permitted.
To help us maintain good relationships with our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum, especially when arriving or leaving in the evenings or late at night, avoiding noise outside the front door, and keeping music, TV, and conversations at a respectful volume. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 9:00am, and we ask that all guests return quietly and remain considerate during this time.
For stays over 2 weeks, we arrange a mid-stay clean to keep the property fresh and comfortable. This will be charged separately, and weâll be in touch after booking to arrange this with you
A digital Welcome App Guide of the property and its local surroundings will be sent to you once you book so you will have all the information you require at your fingertips.
This property is professionally managed. Our team is available MondayâFriday 10amâ6pm and weekends 10amâ4pm. Messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to the following day.
Please Note : There is a ring doorbell installed at the property, located on the front door. This is to ensure no unauthorised guests enter the property and for guests safety.
Please also note: This property is fitted with a noise aware device in the lounge. This device will inform us if the noise levels are deemed excessive and may cause disturbances. The devise will notify us immediately if activated.
