One-bedroom apartment with private garden near to Brighton Station - Seven Dials

This garden flat is in the Seven Dials area of Brighton : a short walk from Brighton Station (about a 7 min walk, so no need for a taxi).

It is a quiet and comfortable haven, despite being so close to the centre of town and so much to enjoy locally. Our garden is a private and secluded space to enjoy breakfast or evening drinks with the local blackbirds.

We have fast wifi (100mbps+) plus Sky TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV etc..

The space
It is a basement/garden flat close to town centre and all the best local attractions of Brighton. It features a lovely exotic and private garden, which is perfect for summer breakfasts, evening meals and drinks.
The flat consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with modern shower and bath and a living space / kitchen.
We have a washer / dryer machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge-freezer, a gas hob / electric cooker, a microwave plus two TV's.
Guest access
The entire place is available and has its own private entrance.

Comfortable and interesting apartment

We had a fab holiday staying in this lovely apartment. We particularly liked the private garden ideal for evening relaxation, very arty and individual decor and furnishings, great local restaurants, very good location - Seven Dials area very interesting and upmarket and brilliant bus links to town and coast and close to railway station. The host was very responsive and helpful
