Great location, check in is fine if you follow instructions. One electronic key only. Basic, but as described, location fantastic. Showers required cleaning, not up to scratch for 500 a night. We lost the only key (our fault) and host charged 60 replacement (fair), but then told me she was charging a further 200 fine for the inconvenience. Not ok. Had to alert Stayz to avoid this and they sorted very quickly.

The location was 5 star, hosts were very responsive and informative. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was the hassle with the identification process before our stay (I've never been asked to provide a selfie, plus photo id plus a photo of my credit card before... it was off-putting)

If you love great water pressure, this is the place for you. The shower water pressure was amazing, quick showers! Had to be careful in the kitchen or the water would spray all over the table near it sink.You cannot beat the location, walking distance to everything you would want or need in Brisbane, or a short Uber ride.The kitchen had enough for basic cooking at home, nothing fancy but with the location is so close to so many places to eat that you don't need to cook much at home.The bathrooms are dated but fully functionalIf you are a big coffee fan, the coffee provided is instant and not exceptional and not what I have come to expect with Australia's reputation for excellent coffee. There is also an amazing coffee shop just at the entrance to the building that has excellent coffee and food options. If you bring your own coffee, there is a small single serving french press.The beds were very comfortable with plenty of good pillows.There was a small issue with housekeeping but the host addressed that issue.Host was responsive and helpful, thought not sure english was their first language as there were a few miscommunications but it all worked out in the end and the host made every effort to understand and communicate.

The property is located in a great spot in the heart of the city. It is close to everything in town. You need to find the local EzyMart where your key is located in a lock box. This is really inconvenient, especially as there is minimal parking in the city On arrival we locate our dedicated parking spot, only to have someone parked in it. We had to find a temporary spot until the next morning. It ended up taking two days to get the car removed. This then happened again (same car!) however they never got it moved again. The accommodation was a good size and the king bed was reasonably comfortable and there were most of the required plates, utencils etc however there was no coffee machine. Overall, the place wasn't overly clean (which is poor considering you pay a cleaning fee!). The bathroom was filthy, with the floor being dirty. The washing machine and dryer are both on their last legs (can't even dry 2 towels in the dryer!). There is no clothes drying rack either. The 'ironing board' is tiny (lucky to be 3 foot long!). There was only 1 extra bin bag and the bags supplied were only small (to small for the bin itself). This place could be good if it received some tlc, gets a good deep clean, ensures the supplied parking actually is monitored and provided, some of the appliances are replaced (washing machine, dryer etc) and some of those standard items (coffee machine, decent toilet paper etc) are provided. Communication is good but all niceties but little implementation.
