La proprietaire a été très accueillante. Excellent petit-déjeuner inclus. Hôtel situé à une demi heure de l'aéroport, parfait pour se reposer d'un vol de 14 heures.

Service agréable, assez proche de la plage, mais plutôt bruyant pour les chambres donnant sur la rue. Ce n'est pas luxueux, mais tout á fait convenable pour le prix.

Stayed two nights during a heatwave. Enjoyed owner Lynne's hospitality and meeting other guests at breakfast and on patio which was a big plus as I usually stay in brand new apartments and meet nobody. Of course there is a trade off - if you want less expensive accommodation, free parking, free breakfast, in an older building and do not expect perfection, you will not be disappointed. The standard of cleanliness, friendliness and amenity at Ainslie Manor is high, as improvements and renovations are made regularly. Our air conditioner coped perfectly with the heat, the room was fairly soundproof, the bar fridge well-stocked with inexpensive items, The bathroom recently renovated, the communal lounge and patio were nearby, parking was easy. We'll be back!

We arrived late (3pm) self check in, and had a busy day with an event on. We did not see the owner at all at the property during our stay and did not want to publicly embarrass them. As the quality of the cleanliness was certainly not to standard, the property should not be rented out in this state. - dust was extremely thick around the property - thick mould was evident on walls and in aircon - building structure of walls had water damage and mould present - kitchen items were dirty, used and in bad condition - no electrical items were safety tested and tag as per Australia WHS requirements - the pool was out of service with issues showing green water and a light wires exposed in the pool water - floors were dirty and greasy - there was blood on the balcony door frame - no floor mat for the bathroom - Bed was very uncomfortable and definitely needed an upgrade. The bottom line is the property needs some well deserved maintenance and spring cleaning to bring it up to scratch with other Bed and breakfasts. The property has some great potential to be a beautiful stay but it’s very run down.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were disappointed with your stay. I do have self-check in and am available to guests at any time. Most of my comments on the beds ate positive and people find them very comfortable. Where you Say there was blood on the door to the deck, I think you will find that is a smudge of the stain that had been used on the door frame. The pool light is a sealed unit not exposed wires and the top had broken away from the base in the pool itself. A new pool light is on order but has not as yet arrived. Hot weather and all the rain we have had has made the pool water to be clear but can assure you the water has been tested and the appropriate chemicals have been kept up.

Very nice option for my overnight stay in Redcliffe for business. The property was private, clean and comfortable. Staff were very accomodating and easy to deal with. Will stay here again when in the area.
