Poor check-in service

The checkin service was shocking. We booked the hotel for the convenience as our flight from the UK was landing late at night. We were meant to receive a text with our room number and entry pin. However I never received the text with the details. We sood outside of the hotel at 1am having to the call for the details. As most people getting of an international flight won't have any phone reception, these details need to be sent via email or earlier so people know what the details are when they arrive.

The property is convenient for the airport. Room had everything i needed and was comfortable. Bathroom was very small but the shower was excellent. I would have like an internal lock on the door for security as there are no staff onsite. Road was noisy all night, maybe bring your earplugs!

Firstly there was nobody at the front desk. I had to get a fellow guest to assist me in gaining access to the building. The room was very basic, very unattractive, old, worn and run down. It was also extremely noisy with a very busy road out the front. I would recommend you stay elsewhere.

This property is very basic. It is perfect if you need a room to rest your head but bring your ear plugs. As a single female traveler, I would have preferred there was additional security on my room door. As it was, I moved the small table in front of the door for added piece of mind. The door to the small balcony had a small latch that was loose and barely sufficient. And at the main entry one door was left ajar and anyone could have walked in off the street and into the main accommodation areas. On a good note my room was very clean.

Discovered bed bugs in the bed. Last Minute told me they aren't the ones to complain to, despite sending me this link to review the property. The hotel claimed there were no bed bugs. Do not stay here.

Convenient to auto rental place for return and ride to airport. Although restaurant was advertised it was not open. Initially could not sign into internet, kept saying password was incorrect. It was annoying not having a person at reception to help. Sent message but NEVER received an answer. For a business which apparently prides its self on being digital that was disappointing. Eventually after multiple tries and half an hour of wasted time was able to sign into internet. Missed having a safe in room
