The Apartment was advertised as Premium. It was far from it. The apartment smelt musty upon walking in. Carpet in areas was worn and lifting, definitely a trip hazard. Living room furniture showed obvious chip marks and scratches. Didn’t consider it value for money
Carpet looked dirty but is probably incredibly old. Well past its usage
Full of chips and scratches
Old and scratched beyond repair
