The staff at the hotel and the accommodation were both helpful and courteous in getting an early check-in. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean, tidy and quiet even with entertainment taking place in the hotel section.

OUTSTANDING from the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile from Jess and Kelly who was able to help plan our night to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre best and easiest way there . Our Room was stunning so quiet clean modern a the rain shower was fantastic super comfortable bed a the view was gorgeous too . The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff were exceptional as well . Free secure parking onsite was also provided. I will only stay at The Brooks now when ever I’m in Brisbane. 10/10

Excellent Stay at The Brook by Nightcap Plus! Had a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean, and comfortable, with great amenities. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. Loved the on-site restaurant and bar, and the location was super convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place to stay but disappointed that at 7am we heard a noise at our door and then a staff member walked in. No knock, just walked in. Wanted to know if we wanted our room serviced. I was in bed asleep and my partner had just gotten out of the shower and was not in a towel …. We weren’t even checking out that day.

Very nice

Very welcoming, as soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the restaurant food was good. Only two very small complaints. No undercover parking. Not really a big deal. The other was it is a little hard to find. Once you find it you can’t fault the service
