Located on Sovereign Road with uninterrupted bush view, ‘Amity Beach Bums’ is the perfect spot to relax, unwind and watch the local wildlife wander by. Keep calm and be a beach bum, with the whole family in tow! This two bedroom, single bathroom property sleeps a maximum 6 guests and is fully screened.

This split level property has a large lounge area complete with built in bar, WIFI and wall mounted TV. The lounge area is only partly screened with shutter window coverings and has pedestal fans available. Leading off the lounge the contemporary kitchen offers ample storage space with servery into the lounge area, electric appliances and dining space.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and fold out ottoman (which concertinas easily to a single bed), and sliding door leading to the courtyard. The second bedroom has two single beds, small TV for DVD playing only and with a large bay window looking out into the tropical garden; both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning for guests' comfort. A single day bed is located within the lounge area for an additional person.

The bathroom has a combined shower/bath and single toilet with the laundry being located outside offering storage and a top loader washing machine. Amity Beach Bums is all about outdoor living with two alfresco seating areas to enjoy a BBQ or watch the kids play. The property is also fully fenced and pets are welcome. Adjoining the rear of the house is a separate unit with independent access which is privately rented with a separately fenced yard.

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!
