Relax with your family in our wonderful 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment in Brisbane City. Take in the amazing views of the River and city from our balcony and enjoy the comfort and lux amenities the apartment offers. Located on the 34th floor with open plan kitchen and living area, master bedroom with king bed, en-suite and direct access to the spacious balcony, a second bedroom with king bed and a third bedroom with 2 king single beds. Enquire for larger group bookings,more apartments available.

The Space:
The apartment is a 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet complex right on the Brisbane River with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two separate balconies and an open-plan kitchen & living area with views to the city, Brisbane River and Story Bridge. It is a bright, spacious and fully furnished apartment with quality appliances and finishes. The apartment is perfect for families or travelling business men and women who need space but would like to be close to everything. There are plenty of amenities for children aged from infants to older age. The apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests - maximum 8 adults, 1 infant and 1 small child. Important Information: Please note the available bedding is subject to the number of people on the booking.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located right in Brisbane City just a few meters from the waters edge. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars all very accessible. The new Howard Smith Wharf's precinct and the Story Bridge are right around the corner.

Getting Around:
Brisbane CBD is within walking distance, if you are visiting elsewhere the best way to get around is like the locals: City Hopper (free) and City Cat ferries. The closest stop is Riverside which is a 5 minute walk away. Apart from the ferries, Uber or Taxi are very quick and cheap to get around. Southbank, Fortitude Valley, Kangaroo Point, the Gabba’ and New Farm are all 5-7 minutes drive.

Great location! Amazing view from apartment! The cleanliness of the whole apartment needs attention. The extra security check before arriving to the apartment was over the top. Had to supply driver license, credit card, full name and age of EVERY person staying. Definitely would stay in Fortitude Valley again😊

Amazing location, view & WIFI

Very happy with the location, views & the WIFI was great with 6 of us using it. We had to pickup the key from another location, a 7/11 shop & not knowing the city & coming off a flight it was inconvenient, dropping the key back there was easier. We were not allowed to use the door buzzer of the building, which wasn't great when one of the older members got lost from our group & had to sit outside in the heat & wait, she couldn't message the owners. The inside is furnished well, bedding is clean & fresh - its just starting to feel a little worn out & the appliances are in need of an update. Car park was a plus to have.

A perfect 3 bdrm city apartment

This is a fabulous spacious city apartment, ( perfect for our family of 5), with story bridge views on the verandah and fantastic proximity to supermarkets, coffee shops, the river pathways and city cats. Eniko and Ryan were great to communicate with, very prompt to reply and also checking that we had arrived and were settled in without any problems. We appreciated the extra touches like a welcome bottle of wine, and generous supply of laundry and dish detergent, toilet paper etc and the Christmas tree they even put up for our Christmas stay! Beds were super comfortable! Highly recommend this clean, well appointed apartment and wonderful hosts.

Fantastic Presentation and Location.

We chose the apartment due to its proximity to the Wharfs and River Restaurants, and it didn’t disappoint. Perfect presentation of the apartment. Communication with Eniko was thorough and easy. ** a third set of keys would be handy for those travelling in groups of 6 or more, but we worked around it. Thank you.

Isolation in luxury

I recently spent a week at this property, Eniko and Ryan are perfect hosts. The property is beautifully furnished and is equipped with all the modern facilities you would expect in a luxury stay, the location can only be described as superb. I would describe this property as the perfect isolation getaway.
