Casa Malpensata is a beautifully located 2.5-room apartment (approx. 60 m2), in a quiet area with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains from the terrace.
There are beautiful walks in the surrounding area. You can also enjoy and take advantage of the proximity to Italy. In less than 10 minutes you are on the Italian side where you will find charming villages, restaurants with excellent food at Euro prices, as well as less expensive shopping opportunities.
Casa Malpensata was recently renovated In 2023 and is on the top floor of a residence. In the residence there is a swimming pool (12x5m) with lawn, outdoor toilet, shower and a view of the lake. The swimming pool is accessible by stairs from the apartment.
Please note: The swimming pool is NOT heated and is NOT in operation all year. It is usually in operation from about mid-May to mid-October, but PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING.
Room layout: Living room and dining room with open kitchen and exit to the terrace, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom/WC, corridor.
Ideal occupancy: 2 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child (who could sleep on the single sofa in the living room).
