Noisy due to weddings on both Sunday and Monday evenings. My room overlooked the smoking area of one of the bars and, despite being 4 floors up with a sealed window, it was noisy. Gym was better than I expected after reading other reviews. There is no sauna/steam, which was a shame

Highly recommended hotel with good facilities. Rooms are excellent but the duvet was a little thin for a cold night. We did ask for extra bottled water but never received it.

The stay was pleasant enough but not in any way ‘luxury’. There is a complex system for room service (and an extra charge), and overall there is a lack of attention to detail. Room was basic, cold and breakfast was average.

We really enjoyed our one night stay here and would definitely stay again. The bedroom was a good size, bed comfy and shower amazing. The only issue we had was that dirty dishes/trays and glasses which had been outside other rooms had not been moved all the time we were there from 5pm up to 10.15am next morning. Perhaps an oversight but not nice to see in such a grand hotel.
