Recently completely renovated, including new furnishings, enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. The living room offers an additional space with a sofa bed for extra guests. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember, including a washing machine/dryer

Conveniently located in the Bristol Historic area, it is within walking distance of the Bristol waterfront, East Bay Bike Path, Unity Park, many fine restaurants, cafes, Pivotal Brewery, O'Brien and Brough distillery and more.

Jim was an exceptional host—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. What really stood out was how well-maintained the property was; everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. The location was also fantastic—within easy walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. This is a great little studio within walking distance to downtown Bristol and the East Bay Bike Path. The full kitchen was well stocked. The shower has great water pressure. The bed was comfortable, too! Jim is a great host and very responsive to any questions/concerns. We'll definitely look to stay here again when we return to our hometown.

This home had everything we needed. The home was very comfortable and supplied well. Bed and pillows were comfortable, kitchen was great with plenty of supplies, and living room area was just right. Washer and dryer were handy as we did a load of wash before we left. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here.
