Add this to my previous rating, its 1130 at night, loud music and partying still going on, this is terrible management. Thay doesnt care about all their guests..such a disappointing stay for.the amount i paid

My room was very dirty i found nurf gun bullets pills glass dip cans and cigarette butts all over under the bed and all cat food cans ect . The room is cramped . In the middle of the night the head board came off the ghetto little lip they have it hanging on and scared the life out of me

Bed could be better, but overall very comfortable. Good heat/air , pillows, shower/ hot water. Nice tv. Clean and quiet. Really not much much of a breakfast. Coffee/ hot chocolate, small muffin , granola bar. No juice or fruit.

Disgusting

First room they checked me into was not cleaned. The bed looked like someone just crawled out of it, there were used coffee cups on the counter, and open packets of coffee. Then they moved me to a room on the 4th floor. None of the elevators work so that sucks. Went onto the room and the cover for the ac was laying on the floor, smelled like smoke, and the bathroom had piles of dirt in the corners. I saw maids there and nobody that works there obviously cares about the place. Each time i went up the stairs, i passed the same pile of cigarette butts on the landing of the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs was a walmart shopping cart with an old banana peel in it. This place is disgusting.

It was filthy! Trash wasn’t removed and a pizza was still in the fridge! Floors were not mopped and the sheets had pee? Stains on them GROSS!
