House rules are clearly outlined below to ensure a smooth and respectful stay for all guests.

We have a few gentle, free-range chickens who roam the property — guests usually enjoy them. They may wander by the home during the day.

Additional Guests (this home has a 2 guest maximum)

• All guests must be disclosed prior to check-in.
• Unregistered guests may result in cancellation or additional fees.

Pet Policy (Dogs Only)

• Pets must be approved before booking.
• Pet fee applies; unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee.
• Breed restrictions may apply.
• Dogs must be leashed outside and crated indoors when unattended.
• No aggressive behavior or excessive barking allowed.
• Guests must clean up after pets; non-compliance may result in additional charges.
• Policy violations may lead to cancellation.

No Parties or Events

• Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Violation may result in a $3,000 fee and immediate removal.

No Smoking or Vaping

• This is a smoke-free and vape-free property.
• Indoor smoking or vaping will result in a $2,000 remediation fee.

Ladder Use

• The dome includes a fixed ladder to a loft.
• Use caution. Children should never climb unattended.
• By using the ladder, guests accept full responsibility for any injury or accident.

Safety Notice: The balcony is elevated and located on a steep slope. For your safety, please do not lean, sit, or place heavy objects against the railing. Supervise children at all times while on the deck.

Lost Remotes

• A $25 replacement fee applies per lost remote (TV, fan, etc.).

Illegal Substances

• Use or possession of illegal substances is not allowed.
• Violations may incur a $3,000 fee and be reported to authorities.
