Very disappointed- poor facilities

Shower didn’t work- mentioned it at check out and was told I didn’t see t he lever- there was no lever, it didn’t work. Travelled enough to know how to use a shower. No toiletries (maybe because shower doesn’t work) No plug sockets by the bed No cups for the tea/ coffee The bed was comfy, room was nice but let down by poor facilities

A Super Stay 5☆

What a super place to stay,lovely big double room with quLity bedding,good heating. Plenty of Tea & coffee etc. Bathroom super clean with big bath sheet that had a lovely smell to them. What a Breakfast,everything you could think of was on offer.I had a full english which was plentful and beautifully cooked and presented.The hosts could not do enough for me it was fantastic.

Cosy Country Manor House

A cozy bed awaits your arrival at Sodbury House - an old Country Manor House situated in Old Sodbury. I felt more like a house guest than a paying guest as Guy and his wife made me so welcome. Spacious room with high ceilings overlooking the countryside and super comfy bed with a cosy duvet to wrap myself up in at night. On site parking. Yummy full breakfast with a wide selection to choose from and a delicious filter coffee for you coffee snobs out there! (Me included!) Reasonably priced so why would you want to stay in Chain Hotel. Guy's knowledge of the area and amenities enabled me to have a very enjoyable stay. Just a short walk down the road from The Dog which serves a wide variety of food for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend.

Warm welcome cold room

The welcome was warm, the condition of the room was good but even with the radiator on full the room was very cold to the point you could feel the chill coming off the walls. Would be an excellent place to stay in the summer. Breakfast was excellent.

Pleasant stay

Great place to stay and very convenient for my course I was attending. Restaurant / pub close by. Breakfast good. All in all a good experience.
