Absolutely stunning castle. The rooms were done to an amazing standard and were absolutely spotless. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We had to leave early in the morning and they provided us with a pack up breakfast. It was a very special experience.

Fascinating, historic castle with great rooms

Weekend stay at Thornbury Castle. Fascinating, historic castle. We really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was excellent and breakfast likewise. Our room was at the top of its own tower, with a fantastic bathroom. Great shower, although a bath would have been nice. The public rooms are amazing, with lots of character. Bit cold this weekend, but it was snowing outside.

A unique property. If you're a fan of the Tudors this is a must stay in the Tower Suites. Fine dining and excellent staff, highly recommended.
